The 2003 Citywide Tournament Amid much dedication, preparation, adversity, rain delays, and widespread rumors, the Citywide 2003 Big Blue Handball Tournament was finally completed. Frank and partner Artie dominated the team of Carlos & Mario with power and killshots all the while keeping them off balance for a 21-10 victory. The full story of the entire event will be put in detail within the near future. What was once started as a gift to the bigblue handball community has changed into an unknown of it's future. With the help of OOHA and sponsors like the USHA, along with Whitecastle, this event was able to add to it's 4th year of history in handball.
